What We Are About
Arms Wide Open was created to address a need families face when seeking care for their family members with differences. We provide in-home care and services so parents can go on that dinner and movie date they are long overdue for or just go grocery shopping. All the while, your child will be cared for by a certified Direct Support Professional (DSP) with a passion for special needs care. Our services are NOT babysitting. We meet your child where they are and work on their development at their level. Your child will have fun, have gains through activity all while parents receive a much needed respite.
Who We Are
The vision of Arms Wide Open is to provide a professional service with such a level of intensive care and integrity that it ingrains confidence in the parents / guardians that results in personal time for themselves. Our service was created to not be considered your typical "babysitting" service, but for the best certified, verified and professional care providers to support your family member. We do so by providing a production package that gives your family member a valuable option in the midst of the service to insure that they are receiving a fruitful time while also getting cared for.
